1. Data Controller

The data controller is the EuroPrime issuing entity incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. For privacy inquiries, contact: privacy@eurp.digital

2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) Identity data provided during KYC (name, date of birth, ID documents, address); (b) Contact data (email address); (c) Wallet address and transaction data recorded on the Polygon blockchain; (d) Technical data (IP address, device type, browser) for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: verify your identity (KYC/AML compliance); process token purchases and redemptions; detect and prevent fraud; comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations; communicate service updates.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: performance of a contract (to provide the service); legal obligation (AML/CFT compliance); and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform security).

5. Data Sharing

We share data with: KYC/AML service providers (identity verification); payment processors; technology infrastructure providers; and competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Blockchain Data

Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are recorded on the Polygon blockchain, which is public and immutable. We have no ability to delete this on-chain data. We do not link public wallet addresses to your identity in public disclosures.

7. Data Retention

KYC and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the end of the business relationship, as required by AML regulations. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (where legally permitted); object to processing; and data portability. Contact privacy@eurp.digital to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including encryption, access controls and regular security reviews.

10. Cookies

The eurp.digital website uses only essential technical cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
