Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EuroPrime platform (eurp.digital) and the EURP token, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

The platform is not available to residents of the European Union, the United States, or jurisdictions where crypto-assets are prohibited or subject to special restrictions (including OFAC-sanctioned countries). By using the platform, you represent that you are not located in any such jurisdiction. KYC verification is required before transacting.

3. Nature of EURP

EURP is a digital payment token pegged 1:1 to the Euro. It is not legal tender, not a bank deposit, not guaranteed by any central bank or deposit guarantee scheme, and not a MiCA-compliant e-money token under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. EURP is not an investment product and should not be considered as such.

4. Purchase and Redemption

EUR → EURP conversion is free of charge. EURP → EUR redemption is subject to a 1% fee on the amount redeemed. The issuer reserves the right to suspend redemptions in cases of force majeure, regulatory authority requests, or technical emergencies. Users will be notified promptly of any such suspension.

5. Reserve Commitment

The issuer commits to maintaining reserves equal to or greater than the total EURP liabilities outstanding at all times. Reserves consist of cash, demand deposits or highly liquid, low-risk instruments held in segregated accounts.

6. KYC / AML

Users must complete identity verification (KYC) prior to purchasing or redeeming EURP. The issuer complies with international AML/CFT standards. The issuer reserves the right to reject or terminate relationships with users from high-risk jurisdictions.

7. Technology Risks

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The issuer is not liable for losses resulting from user error, loss of private keys, wallet vulnerabilities, or third-party smart contract failures. Users are responsible for safeguarding their wallet credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the issuer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or EURP.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the BVI.

Risk Disclosure: Crypto-assets carry significant risks including total loss of value. EURP is not backed by a central bank and may deviate from its peg. Past stability is no guarantee of future performance. Only transact with funds you can afford to lose.
